Pump trolley dosing system

Pump trolleys with progressive cavity pumps - to get the ‘slurry’ into the packaging

Together with our long-standing partner HSB Verpackungsservice in Büdingen, Neudert realises pump trolleys and dosing systems.

Pump trolleys are part of a dosing unit for liquid to highly pasty, viscous products with and without pieces up to an edge length of approx. 20 mm. Installed next to a bag machine, thermoforming system, traysealer, cup conveyor belts, cans, jars, bottles or bucket filling systems, the pump trolley is the storage container for the product to be filled. The pumps are then used to transport the product to pistons, which are then dosed into the respective packaging.

​

The pumps and pump trolleys from Neudert are food-safe and have an optimised design for easier and more hygienic cleaning. They are available with and without preheating, with and without an agitator, depending on the requirements of the product. The control cabinet for the dosing unit can be mounted on the pump trolley, which is then synchronised with the packaging machine.

Milling cutter free grinding machine

Milling Cutter free grinding Machine – To Keep production Running

​

Undercutting milling tools is always an issue. This involves grinding the area above the cutting edge down to the tool holder to a smaller diameter than the cutting edge itself. This allows for deeper machining with the same tool.

​

Certainly, every supplier of milling tools offers this service. You simply need to specify this when ordering the tool. However, it will take an additional day for the tool to be delivered.

​

But what does reality look like? If an operator on the night shift experiences tool breakage and needs another undercut milling cutter, this service is of no use to them. They need the undercut tool immediately, not in 1-2 days.

​

This is how the idea of a milling cutter resharpening machine came about.

Barrel processing centre

Drum processing centre - So that reusable drums can be used again.

 

Everyone knows them, the beer kegs that are used in the catering trade or at large festivals and events. They are available in various sizes and can be used in an environmentally friendly way as reusable goods.
But that's over as soon as a keg is set down roughly and the top or bottom edge is dented.

​

We have the solution for this: our drum processing centre.

​

Here, drum collars can be dented and made to fit again so that these drums can be reintroduced into the returnable process. Designed in the smallest version as a manual machine, in which the drum is inserted by hand, the emphasis was placed on ergonomics and user-friendliness.

 

However, the machine has also been designed for larger applications. For example, it can be integrated into filling lines and fully automatically press and correct the drums from above and below before the drums are returned to their actual destination.

Punching and cutting technology

Punched holes such as Euro holes or hanging holes often have to be attached to bags or tubes in packaging machines. Moulded die-cuts, which are then used for easy tearing of flat bags, are also state of the art and often replace the banal cut with a knife.
